Southview holiday home in Polzeath, Cornwall

Welcome to Southview Polzeath

A holiday cottage for the perfect Cornish getaway

Southview has been in our family for over thirty years.  It is used by three generations of us as our holiday home.  Various members of the family help us to maintain it.

It is a comfortable detached 1930’s bungalow which sleeps seven people.  It is located in the village of Polzeath at the mouth of the Camel estuary on one of the most beautiful stretches of the north Cornish coast.  It has wonderful views to the south over St Minver Highlands and enjoys some stunning sunrises.  The lack of light pollution means on clear nights the stars are spectacular. The area offers something for everyone without using the car; beautiful varied walks, two golf courses, surfing, sailing, wind surfing, family beaches and the ferry to Padstow ferry all within walking distance from the house. A footpath at the end of the road leads to the coastal path.
